Who we are

AI Rap Videos ("we", "us") runs airapvideos.si, a service that turns photos into short AI rap videos. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Contact: support@airapvideos.si.

What we collect

Photos you upload. To make a video we store the photos you upload, the composed scene image and the finished video.

Account information. If you sign in, we store your name, email address and profile picture from Google or the email you register with. If you make a video without signing in, we create an anonymous guest account in your browser so you can come back to your video. When you sign in later, your guest videos move to your account and the guest account is deleted.

Limits and abuse prevention. We give one free video per device and network. To enforce this we store a salted, one-way hash of your IP address and of a random device ID kept in your browser's local storage. We do not store your raw IP address with your videos.

Purchases. When you buy a video pack, the payment provider handles your card or wallet details. We receive and store the order details (pack, amount, currency, status) and your email, but never your full card number.

Usage data. We use privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and visits, and our servers keep standard logs (such as requests and errors) for security and debugging.

How we use your data

• To generate, store and show your videos
• To run your account, credits and purchases
• To enforce the free-video limit and prevent abuse
• To answer support requests
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the service

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

Who processes your data

We use trusted providers to run the service. They only process data on our instructions:

• AI generation: your photos and the generated scene are sent to our AI model provider (SeeAPI and the model vendors it routes to) to create the video.
• Storage and hosting: Cloudflare (R2 object storage and hosting).
• Sign-in: Google, if you choose Google sign-in.
• Payments: the payment provider shown at checkout.
• Analytics: a page-view analytics service.

Who can see your videos

Every video has its own link. Anyone with the link can watch a finished video; your original photos are not shown on that page. Only you can download your videos after signing in.

How long we keep data

We keep your videos and photos while your account exists, so you can come back to them. Guest accounts that never sign in may be deleted after 90 days of inactivity, together with their videos. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to delete a video, your photos or your whole account at any time by emailing support@airapvideos.si from your account email. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or export your data, or to object to some processing. We will answer within 30 days.

Children

The service is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Do not upload photos of children unless you are their parent or guardian.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let signed-in users know.
