Refund Policy

Failed videos

If a premium video fails to generate, the credit it used goes back to your account automatically. You don't need to contact us – just try again, ideally with a clearer, front-facing photo.

Unused packs

You can ask for a full refund of a video pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email support@airapvideos.si from your account email with your order number.

Used credits

Credits that have been used to make a video are not refundable, because each video costs us real AI processing. If a video came out clearly broken (for example, missing a person or badly distorted), email us with the video link within 14 days and we will review it and may return the credit.

Partially used packs

If you used some credits from a pack and want a refund, we can refund the unused credits on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase. Because the first-purchase discount applies to the whole pack, the refund is calculated on the price you actually paid.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up. The refunded credits are removed from your account.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first – we usually resolve it within two business days. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
