Agreement

By using airapvideos.si ("AI Rap Videos", "the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Contact: support@airapvideos.si.

What the service does

AI Rap Videos turns one or two photos into a short AI-generated rap performance video. Results are produced by AI models and can vary: faces, hands or movement may not always come out as expected.

Photos you may upload

You may only upload photos:

• of yourself,
• of people who have agreed to appear in your video (and, for minors, whose parent or guardian has agreed), or
• of your own pets or characters you have the right to use.

You must not upload:

• photos of celebrities, public figures or anyone without their permission,
• content that is sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or illegal,
• content meant to deceive people, such as impersonating someone or creating fake evidence,
• photos you don't have the rights to.

We may remove videos and suspend accounts that break these rules, and we cooperate with valid legal requests. To report a video, email support@airapvideos.si with its link.

Your content

You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You give us the permission we need to store and process them to create and show your videos. You own the videos you create, to the extent the law allows for AI-generated content, and you may use them personally and commercially, as long as your use follows these terms and the law. You are responsible for the music and captions you add when you post a video.

Videos are not affiliated with or endorsed by any artist, label, TV show or social platform.

Free videos, packs and credits

• Each device and network gets one free video.
• Paid videos use credits from a video pack. One credit makes one premium video.
• Credits don't expire, can't be transferred, and have no cash value.
• If a premium video fails to generate, the credit is returned to your account automatically.
• Prices are shown in USD at checkout. The first-purchase discount applies once per account.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Accounts

You can use the service as a guest. Signing in is required to download videos and buy packs. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is" and may be interrupted, changed or limited – for example, when our daily free-video budget is used up.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
